YLT Global's Forwarding Co., Ltd. can provide customers with Dubai exhibition delivery and return services, that is, after participating in the exhibition, the goods are transported back to China on a regular basis; Chinese companies participating in the Dubai exhibition must directly rent booths from the official exhibition hosting company in Dubai (rather than exhibition intermediaries or booth wholesalers), and only need to provide true packing list information and declare the true value of the goods If the exhibits are partially or completely sold during the exhibition period, the customs duty deposit will not be refunded. Because the customs keep an invoice list for all exhibits. Any changes to the actual weight, number of pieces, or content of the item will not be eligible for a return tax refund. If the tax refund regulations of the customs are met, the refund shall be made within one month after handling the return or re export procedures. (About 5% of the refund value) Note: The validity period of the re export tax refund for exhibits is 1 month, calculated from the date of issuing the tax receipt deposit, and will be invalid upon expiration (non official invited exhibitors cannot apply for tax refunds)

1. Due to the wide range of our company's business scope, we kindly request our esteemed customers to attach the corresponding warehouse entry number before the goods are stored, in order to avoid a series of losses or delays caused by the lack of warehouse entry numbers. Thank you for your cooperation!

2. The normal delivery deadline for domestic warehouses is 20:00 pm. If it exceeds the deadline, please contact warehouse colleagues in advance to make an appointment for the warehouse to wait and there will be a waiting fee. Please be aware!

3. Please be sure to fill in detailed and accurate cargo information using our packing list invoice template. The content of the packing list information must be true. If there are any concealments, false reports, or omissions, all responsibilities shall be borne by oneself! Please be aware and cooperate, thank you!

5. Please confirm the advance payment in advance. If there are any issues with the payment due to temporary changes, our company will try our best to cooperate but will not bear any related responsibilities!
